Welcome to Kisa Kasi Coworking! We’re so excited to have you as part of our community. To help make the space comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, we’ve put together a few simple guidelines. By using our facilities, you’re agreeing to the following:
Code of Conduct
Community Engagement: We encourage members to engage with one another, share knowledge, and support each other’s professional growth. A positive and collaborative community benefits everyone.
Space Usage: The coworking space is for professional use only. Please avoid any illegal activities, disruptive behaviour, or anything that could compromise the comfort and safety of others.
Respectful Behaviour: All members are expected to treat others with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
Sexual Harassment: Kisa Kasi Co has a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment. Any form of unwanted sexual attention, comments, gestures, or conduct is strictly prohibited. Members are expected to maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere at all times. Violations will result in disciplinary action, including possible termination of membership.
Zero Tolerance for Illegal Activities: Any involvement in illegal activities or conduct that jeopardises the safety and wellbeing of other members will lead to immediate termination.
Workspace Etiquette: Keep common areas neat and clean, dispose of waste properly, and respect shared facilities and resources. If you use dishes, cups, or utensils in the kitchen, please wash them after use.
Food Odours: To keep the air fresh and comfortable for everyone, please enjoy strong-smelling meals in the kitchen or dining area – not at your desk.
Noise Levels: Please be mindful of noise in shared spaces. Use headphones for music, and take meeting calls in designated areas like phone booths or meeting rooms.
Desk Cleanliness: Please make sure to keep your desk clean and organised so the space we share stays clutter-free and professional place to work.
Meeting Room Credits
Each membership includes a set number of meeting room credits every month (check your membership plan for all the details). Additional charges will apply for extra credits.
Business Address & PO Box
Members wishing to use Kisa Kasi Co's address as a business address or for mail deliveries must obtain prior approval from Kisa Kasi Co in accordance with membership inclusions. Mail will be collected and distributed on a weekly basis.
Guests
Feel free to invite guests, but please remember they must be accompanied by you at all times. You’re responsible for your guests' behaviour, so let’s make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time in the space.
Door Access Code
Your access code is personal and must not be shared with others. Please reach out to the team if you forget your access code.
Wi-Fi & Internet Usage
We provide high-speed Wi-Fi to support your work needs. Please use the internet responsibly and avoid activities that may affect others’ use (e.g., excessive streaming, downloading large files that could slow down the network).
Parking
Public Parking is available for members, but please note that it is limited to 8 hours. Fines may apply by the local parking authority for any vehicles left parked beyond the time limit.
Health & Safety
Please ensure a safe and healthy environment by following any health-related guidelines (e.g., COVID-19 protocols, if applicable) and reporting any hazards or unsafe conditions to our team right away.
Privacy & Security Cameras
For the safety and security of all members, Kisa Kasi Co is equipped with security cameras that are in use and recording 24/7 in common areas. By using our space, you consent to being recorded while in these areas. Please respect the privacy of others and avoid any activities that may cause disturbance.
Billing & Payments
Billing is done on the first day of the month for the month ahead.
Payments are taken via Direct Debit using Stripe, and members will need to ensure there are sufficient funds in their accounts to process the payment each month.
Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, late fees will apply. The fee amount will be clearly communicated at the time of late payment.
Debt Collection Fees: In the event of failed payments or overdue accounts, debt collection fees may be applied, and any associated costs for recovering the payment will be passed on to the member.
Security of Banking Details: Your banking details are securely stored with Stripe. For more information on how Stripe handles your data, please refer to their Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies.
Termination of Membership
Membership may be terminated by you with one month's notice, which must be given before the start of the next billing cycle. The billing cycle is based on the calendar month, and your membership will continue until the end of the month following your notice of termination. Kisa Kasi Co. reserves the right to terminate membership immediately if there is a breach of our terms and conditions, following sufficient warning.
Liability and Insurance
Kisa Kasi Co. will not be held responsible or liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property that occurs while using the coworking space.
Members are advised to carry their own insurance for their personal property and any business-related activities conducted within the space.
Kisa Kasi Co. does not provide insurance coverage for the property of members, guests, or visitors, and we recommend that you take appropriate steps to insure your belongings against theft, damage, or loss.
Intellectual Property & Personal Information
Personal Information: Any personal information shared between members and Kisa Kasi Co. will be treated with confidentiality. Members are expected to respect the privacy of others and ensure that any personal information they handle within the space is protected.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property created by members while using Kisa Kasi Co. services or facilities (e.g., designs, inventions, or proprietary processes) remains the sole property of the member who created it.
Amendment of Terms
Kisa Kasi Co. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time and we encourage members to review it periodically. By continuing to use the space after changes are made, you agree to abide by the updated Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms
